  • I will be your person for 4 hours

Diamond Plan of Care

  • I'll be your person for 8  Consecutive hours, or 2 consecutive days of 4 hours each. 

  • Transportation from the surgery center to your home, AirBnB, or Hotel.

  • Prescription pick up (as needed).

  • Our complete one-to-one nursing care during the hours of service.

  • Ambulation.

  • Review of your Discharge Post-op orders. 

  • Monitoring for comfort and complications. 

  • Making you comfortable and educating your companion and loved ones in case of need.

  • Lymphatic Massage or transportation to your next day f/u appointment when you opt for 2 days of 4 hours. 

  • Shower and Personal hygiene.

  • Skin assessment & Faja Care.

  • Lymphatic activation exercises

  • DVT prevention

  • Washing surgical garments with a free washer and dryer in your recovery place.

Queen Plan of Care

  • I'll be your person for 12  Consecutive hours, or three consecutive days of 4 hours each.

  • Our complete one-to-one nursing care during the hours of service.

  • Ambulation.

  • Review of your Discharge Post-op orders. 

  • Monitoring for comfort and complications. 

  • Making you comfortable and educating your companion and loved ones in case of need.

  • Shower and Personal hygiene on Day 2.

  • Skin assessment & Faja Care.

  • Lymphatic activation exercises & Lymphatic Massage on Days 2 and 3.

Infinete K Plan of Care

  • I'll be your person for 24 consecutive hours or  -

  • Two different options: 

1) Day One - 16 consecutive hours on the day of the surgery, including overnight if needed. Day Two: 3 Consecutive hours. Day Tree- 3 consecutive hours. Day Four - 2 consecutive hours. 

2) Day One - 12 consecutive hours on the day of the surgery. Day two: 3 consecutive hours. Day three: 3 consecutive hours. Day four: 2 consecutive hours. Day Five: 2 consecutive hours. Day Six: 2 consecutive hours. 

  • Transportation from the surgery center to your home, AirBnB, or Hotel.

  • Prescription pick up (as needed).

  • Our complete one-to-one nursing care during the hours of service.

  • Ambulation.

  • Review of your Discharge Post-op orders.

  • Including Faja assessment, nutritional education, lymphatic activation, lymphatic massage, tapping, red light therapy, incision and drain care.

  • Our treatment is designed to be safe and effective to cosmetic post-surgical patients. It is a gentle yet powerful embrace for your body and soul, offering you the tender, compassionate care you deserve. You are not only going to receive a lymphatic drainage massage, but a complete Post-Surgical Lymphatic Therapy.

  • We do have available technologies  as  ultrasound, electrotherapy, radiofrequency, even cupping and wood therapy. However depending on the technology that was used in your procedure, the phase that you are going through on your surgical journey, and the specific problem that you are trying to resolve, they can be contraindicated. So, be aware that at My Post-op Nurse we base our decisions on scientific research and industry regulations, as much as on your well-being, and our desire to deliver to you the best results. So, be aware that we will only sell you a service that can protect your results. Your well-being and your safety are our Priorities.

Fibrosis Treatment

My Post-op nurse Fibrosis treatment

  • Our Fibrosis treatments are meticulously designed to Focus on the area of need through precise Manual and Machine-Assisted techniques. This approach ensures that the fibrotic tissue is targeted and treated, helping it to become as normal as possible.

  • Fibrosis treatment plans require personal assessment and commitment to the therapeutic plan.

  • Our Fibrosis treatments may include lymphatic exercises, anti-inflammatory diet education, nutritional needs education, health education, proper hydration, and smoke cessation based on your individualized needs. 

  • 6 Sessions: $900

Seroma Care

My Post-op nurse seroma care

  • Only with the medical order.

  • Includes head-to-toe nursing assessment, vital signs, Seroma drainage using sterile technique, education on the proper use of compression garments, lymphatic exercises, anti-inflammatory diet education, nutritional needs, health education, proper hydration, and smoke cessation.

  • Be aware that some seromas may not drain, and others may come back after being drained; therefore, you may require additional follow-up. 

  • 1 Session: $160

Sutures & Drain Removal

My Post-op Nurse Drain and Sutures care

  • Only with a medical order.

  • It will include a head-to-toe nursing assessment, vital signs, sterile technique, drain and suture removal, surgical wound dressing per MD order, and surgical wound care education.

  • 1 Session: $160/ 1-2 drains.

                                       *Additional $20 per extra drain.

Pre & Postnatal Massage Wellness and Recovery

1 hr and 30 minutes of service

  • Includes head-to-toe wellness assessment and vital signs. Tapping as needed. Breastfeeding education as needed.

  • Prenatal Massage may help reduce back pain and discomfort, swelling and joint pain, stress, anxiety, muscle tension, and headaches while improving oxygenation and sleep quality.

  • Postnatal Massage helps you heal and reconnect with your body. Whether you have had a wonderful pregnancy and natural labor or a C-section, we have a postnatal massage therapist who can help. Our Postnatal Care aids relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and hormone regulation, promotes healing, and decreases swelling.

  • 1 Session: $160

  • 3 Prenatal Sessions: $470

  • 6 Postnatal Sessions (Mother & Baby Care) $960
